Just 500 metres walk to the beach, our Garden 8 person Duplex is a large 4 bedroom self-contained apartment.
Offering short breaks from Friday for 3 nights & from Monday for 4 nights or weekly from Mondays or Fridays!
The Duplex is accessed via the rear garden, there are some steps.
The apartment has 1 x double & 1 x twin bedroom both en-suite to a full bathroom upstairs and a further 1 x double & 1 x twin bedroom and shower room with toilet & washbasin downstairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted to include ample modern cooking facilities, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and all of the ancillary items you could possibly need while you enjoy your holiday in North Devon.
The main feature is a very large open plan living area, great for that family or group get together, with French windows leading from the dining area to a large decking balcony with BBQ overlooking the gardens.
The lounge and dining area is spacious with ample dining space, comfortable sofas and a 48" LCD TV with Freesat, DVD & Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.
All bedrooms have TV’s with freesat and come supplied with duvets and linen. A cot, highchair and baby bath can all be made available on request. The newly re-furbished bathrooms - are fully fitted with both bath and shower facilities.
There is a communal drying area. The holiday apartment also has 2 private car parking spaces available. Additional space available on request.
