Located in the centre of Thirsk is this cozy home with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom having a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There is a fully stocked kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Outside is a fully fenced garden for al fresco dining in warmer months. Upstairs is a full bathroom with a shower. We accept up to 2 dogs.
The Space
This is a modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. On the ground floor is a living room with a 32” flat screen smart tv, a very comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and two armchairs and a bookcase. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, stove and pots/pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses and tea and coffee making facilities and a dining table and chairs for four. (Please note there is no washing machine but laundry service is available for and additional fee or there is a launderette in town). Upstairs is a large double bedroom containing one double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and chair and a second bedroom, containing a single bed (we cannot accommodate children under 7 years on the property) and a chest of drawers. In the full bathroom there is a bath with shower. There is a small private front and a larger private rear garden which is fully enclosed, with outdoor dining table and chairs for four in the back for al fresco dining in the warmer months and the allocated parking space is in the adjoining car park and free on street parking is also available free on the road in front. We welcome well behaved furry friends (max 2).
