Positive: Beautiful lodge, wonderfully comfortable with very nice furnishings. Great activities (board games, books, dvds etc.) for rainy afternoons. Fantastic location and such beautiful surroundings. Truly a home away from home.

Negative: Hated the booking system for the pool. We had no idea if we were going to have time or be back because of weather so booking slots meant that we either had to rush to get there or miss out. Need more spontaneity. The noise from other lodges on the first night was intolerable with loud music being played until 4am and no one from the park sorted this. None of this is the lodge's fault, the lodge was amazing and faultless.
