Lighthouse View II is a brand new community of eight townhouses located on Fenwick Island with a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the views from this canal-front home with water access for paddleboards, kayaks, crabbing, and fishing. It is conveniently located to shops, fantastic restaurants, and the neighboring towns of Bethany Beach and Ocean City, MD, with outlet shopping.
This spacious and light-filled three-level end-of-group townhome is modern and nicely appointed. There are four bedrooms, including two primary suites and a bunk room. On the second floor, the kitchen, dining room, and family room with a 55" TV are open concept and make a wonderful family gathering space. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Also on the second floor is a living area with a 70" TV and a powder room. There are three balconies and a fourth-floor rooftop deck.
