Comfortable 2 Bedroom Cottage with Bay views. Steps to the ocean. Quiet.. This house is surrounded by small trees and has privacy. Deer make their rounds a few time a day along with red fox and many birds. All can be viewed on outside deck. Outdoor shower and observation deck with Bay views are amazing. Inside house is well kept and clean. Has 2 bedrooms. First bedroom has a full size bed. Second bedroom has bunk beds and a twin bed. A new 55 inch flat screen television has just been installed. The ocean is steps away with amazing views, The Bay can be seen outside the livingroom window. The Davis Park Ferry starts to run in the middle of March and runs to the middle of November making easy access from Patchogue. I rent from Sunday to Sunday.
