Sole access via electric gates, parking for multiple cars.
Accommodation for 4 plus 2 on sofa bed and extra single mattress under bunk.
Nestled in trees and privately located in its own grounds of one acre with deck complete with gas BBQ, teak furniture and jacuzzi.
High speed wifi, 65" TV, 2 bedrooms with smart tv’s and ensuite bath/shower. Outstanding views.
No bookings by a single person exceeding 28 days in any calendar year are allowable.
The space
Private grounds approaching 1 acre including large drive, large lawned area with buckets of space to kick a ball.
Very private setting.
Location is a short drive to beaches and to forest walks and horse riding in the New Forrest. The Georgian market town of Lymington is a five minute drive.
Other things to note
We allow 1 small dog (please read house rules prior to booking). We have a king size double room and bunk beds in the 2nd room for which we provide full bedding including sheets (these beds are fully made up on arrival). We have a double click clack sofa bed and provide mattress protector, duvet and pillows but you would need to bring pillow cases, duvet cover and bottom sheet. The 3rd mattress in the bunk room has no additional bedding so you would need to bring everything else if you wish to utilise this. There is a travel cot with separate mattress (please ensure this is packed away cleanly following your stay) and a high chair. You would need to provide bedding for the travel cot.
