Summary:
Welcome to our 2 bedroom home near the beautiful Paw Paw Lake! This charming property includes the entire home, yard, parking and MOST OF ALL SO CLOSE TO PAW PAW LAKE where you can swim, launch your kayak, paddle board or any other favorite water activity. We do not have beach or lake access but we can let you know all of our favorite spots (some as little as a mile away)!
The Space:
$150 pet fee if bringing any pets. Max of 2, must be disclosed prior to arrival/booking. Please cleanup after your pet, any damage done by pet will be charged accordingly.
Enjoy our cozy two bedroom home perfect for families with a hot tub!
Guest Access:
The entire home and backyard!
The Neighborhood:
Paw Paw Lake or any of the nearby lakes for fishing, boating, rafting, tubing and swimming.
The Lakefront Restaurant is on the lake and kids can play on the beach. Nice strong drinks for the adults!
Bob’s Barn is a couple miles from the house. Farm stand + bakery. Their blueberry lemon pie is a MUST!
East Street in Coloma for lunch or Dinner (best overall food and drink selection in Coloma)
T’s Tap is the local bar- The BEST burger and onion rings in SW Michigan (cooked in front of you)
Hub Central 185- best breakfast around
Las Mangonadas – homemade ice cream
Loma Theatre- 3 screen movie theater- CHEAP shows and $1 popcorn. Perfect for a rainy day!
Round Barn Filling Station- outdoor seating, great cocktails, live music on Saturdays
Bend Bar and Grill - Local Hangout (right down the street/walking distance)
Blackbird Waterhouse - Great atmosphere and apps
Soulards - Best bakery in town
Local beaches:
Forest Beach Park
Rocky Gap- free parking, has a ramp to get to the beach
Hager- all sand beach, lots of stairs to access beach
Roadside Park
Round Lake Public Beach
Silver Beach
Lions Park Beach
Craving some of the busy beach town charm and shopping- we are only 15 minutes from St. Joe, 30 minutes from South Haven
Getting Around:
We have free parking onsite!

Before we can confirm any booking, we do need to know:
1. What brings you into town?
2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
4. Are you bringing any pets?
We may require an ID and/or signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.
We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.

HOUSE RULES
No parties, events, guests not on the reservation or smoking inside.
11 pm Quiet Hour.
$250 per person that shows up to home over the reservation total. We have RING outdoor cameras and yes, our owner checks them.
$150 pet fee if bringing any pets. Max of 2, must be disclosed prior to arrival/booking.
Must be 21+ to book.
$1,000 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($250 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for).
By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review.
We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM.
Outdoor Ring cameras and Quiet Hours apply to outside areas as well.
Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.
