This charming farmhouse with stables and horses enjoys wonderful views over the valley towards the village of Sedlescombe and would make an excellent retreat for a family country getaway with the option of hiring a hot tub for your stay. The entire village is nestled in a conservation area containing many picturesque half-timbered houses and a central village green with an ancient pump house and a village flock of geese. There is a village store and pub dating back to the 15th century which is a gentle stroll away and welcomes dogs. For keen golfers, there is a local golf club and for wine lovers, Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard is 2 miles away, Carr Taylor (2 miles) and Oastbrook Vineyard (5 miles). All offer tours and tastings. Historic Battle is 3 miles away and Hastings 2 miles, with its charming Old Town and vintage shops and is home to the largest beach-launched fishing fleet in Europe.

The king-size bedroom has a dressing room and an en-suite. The family bathroom has a free-standing bath in the middle of the room, double sinks and a WC. On the second floor one of the bedrooms has a double bed with an en-suite shower, separate bath and WC and the other bedroom is a twin with an en-suite with a shower over bath and WC.
Outside, there is a large garden with several seating areas with garden furniture to enjoy the far-reaching countryside views. There is a decked area outside the garden room with a pergola and a pond. A hot tub is available with prior arrangement with the owners. Please note the property is located on a working farm with horses and sheep in the adjoining field and although 2 dogs are welcome, guests should be aware of this.
