Welcome to Merritt's Ridge, a private and luxuriously picturesque 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin on a 23-acre estate near downtown Fredericksburg and Luckenbach, and located less than 1 mile from Alamo Springs Burger Cafe and Old Tunnel State Park! There is nothing better than relaxing with friends and family at this beautiful property while listening to the birds sing and watching the sunset over the horizon while sitting in the hot tub drinking your favorite beverage!
The Space:
When the final yellows, oranges, and reds of the sunset have faded, you will have a decision to make. Do you hit Historic Downtown Fredericksburg for some fun and winery hopping, or do you hit Luckenbach and enjoy the live music and dancing? or settle into the hot tub while you watch ten thousand stars wake up one by one? On the other hand, why limit yourself? Our suggestion is to do them all, over the course of your stay!
-Parking: Only park in driveway. Do NOT park in grass.
-Please be cautious and aware of wildlife while driving at night in our area.
Guest Access:

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.
10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.
11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.
13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.
14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
