Blackpool, with many attractions including the famous tower, beach, zoo, Pleasure Beach, Sealife Centre and Madame Tussauds, is within an hour’s drive.
As soon as you enter through the front door you will be immersed in a smart home with built in smart assistant, heating controls for each floor, plus speakers throughout the property, which do make this a truly one of a kind house. The lounge has a superb open-fire with the original brick chimney and a Smart TV surrounded by a large sofa and two armchairs. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner which is where you will spend all your days as it has all you need with a Smart TV, dining table and chairs for your feasts of an evening. The kitchen is equipped with Range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher, plus a breakfast bar. There is also a utility room leading off this with a washer/dryer. In addition, there is a ground floor WC before the stairs. Heading up to the first floor there are three double bedrooms. One of the rooms has an en-suite shower and WC, also with controls to choose the temperature and music.
