Positive: Lovely van, well decorated and well stocked. Nice to have a well stocked kitchen equipment cupboard, lots of lounging space and plenty of storage space. If the weather was better the patio area would have been really good - lovely furniture, south facing and very clean. You can hear the roar of the sea and it is great watching the sea birds flying over.

Negative: Beds were not comfy at all in the van. No where to hang coats and vacuum cleaner prevents the cupboards from closing properly. Cleaner needs to clean under the beds and on top of shelves. Mostly needs a deep kitchen clean once in a while, extractor fan area and cupboards need some work (spoken as an ex-cleaner). Please provide some oven trays - we needed these as the restaurant couldn't feed us, see below. The site facilities were (nothing to do with the Property Owner) a bit of a joke. I agree it was New Year's Week, but they were terribly staffed, the restaurant didn't function (very unwelcome welcome, 1hr wait on food, longer for drinks on Monday 30th), you couldn't get a drink at the bar, the pool and other areas were not open at useful times, the shop was not open at useful times for us and centre staff seemed to act as if guests were an inconvenience. I regret paying the extra (£70 for 4 nights) leisure pass for something we couldn't use at all.

Summary: Useful, convenient location in a very cozy caravan, just don't use the site facilities.
