Our lovely, charming, and cozy house in historic town of Milton.
We are 5 minutes from the Blue Hills park. We have a decent backyard space and a cozy deck. Walking distance to Delphi Academy and Curry College in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Brand new appliances. Our professional maintenance team serves the place to ensure your best experience but keep note that this is a historic state with beautiful historic homes! Our goal is to improve and maintain it for your best experience.
The space
Our beautiful home, cozy and nice with a quiet backyard, perfect for outdoor, hanging out and on the porch being close to nature and blue hills park. Milton is a safe and quiet town which is the first suburban south of Boston. You enjoy the beauty of suburbs and proximity of the city.
The main level (the first floor) offers an open concept living and kitchen area with a half bathroom. The kitchen beautifully designed with granite counters with bar seating, stainless steel appliances; a modern air-fryer (a healthier alternative method to frying, great for toasting bread, pizza, fries etc...), a modern retractable microwave, a refrigerator that offers filtered water and filtered-ice maker.
Additionally we also included a hot/cold water dispenser, complimentary (Keurig coffee and tea). The open space looks out to the diner table and living room with a 55” smart-tv.
The second floor offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms (full sized tub and shower). Complimentary linens, towels, basic toiletries, shampoo, soap and lotion are provided.
Bedroom #1 is the master’s bedroom that includes a queen size bed, a 55” smart tv, nightstand, dresser, 2 closets, a standing stream iron and a full bathroom.
Bedroom #2 includes a full-size bed along with a dresser, nightstand, closet and 30” smart tv. Bedroom #3 includes a full-size bed along with a dresser, nightstand, closet and also 30” smart tv.
The fourth floor is a private studio which has bedroom #4. That includes a queen-size bed, 2 floor sofa/floor-mattresses (queen and twin size), 2 nightstands, closet and also a 55” smart TV.
The common space/lounge area has additional twin size bed with and a full shower stand bathroom.
The home provides free WiFi, central air conditioning.
Note - We have one queen-size and one twin-size mattresses set-up as floor-sofas in the private studio on the top floor which could easily opens up to become floor mattresses for additional need.
Complimentary essentials - Full linens (sheets/pillows, etc.) and towels are provided; there are shampoo/conditioner/ body soap in the shower and you could access all amenities as you wish (hairdryer, steam-iron, etc.).
Parking - There is parking on property if needed. Please let me know if there will be more than one car.
All sales are final.
Guest access
You are welcome to use our entire living space. From a full kitchen, to the washer & dryer, in the backyard and deck. Help yourself with everything provided on the main floors. Basement only opens for wash & dry purpose.

We have 5 smart TV with free wifi in all the rooms, free Samsung channels.
Street parking is available up to midnight then will have to move into our provided parking lot (up to 3 vehicle) behind the house due to town’s rules.
Please keep in mind that we are accessed through a shared drive-way. Please keep the drive-way free from any type of parking at all time.
