Minehead - Stunning 3 bedroom centrally located First floor Apartment. The newly refurbished Apartment Number 59A is immaculately presented and offers beautiful light, bright, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation. Number 59A is conveniently and centrally located in a quiet residential area and within easy walking distance of Minehead beach, seafront and harbour. There are several shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just a few minutes from the Apartment. Close proximity to the West Somerset steam railway, West Somerset Golf course and the local Regal Theatre. Within a short distance of the Apartment is the beautiful Medieval Village of Dunster, the magnificent Quantock Hills and Exmoor. The West Somerset Coastal path is ideal for walking and cycling. Number 59A is on the first floor. Sleeps up to 5 guests in 1 King Size, 1 Double and 1 Twin bedroom. Central Heating, TV, Wifi and electricity included. Bed Linens and Towels are provided. Travel Cot and High Chair available upon request. A stair gate will be provided and installed if young children are within the party of guests. Iron, Ironing Board, hair dryer and safe provided. With arrival from 4pm, Number 59A is located on the first floor. There is on street parking and also a public car park a short walk away. (There is no designated private parking available) Once up the stairs onto the first floor, the light and space is evident. The sitting room and kitchen are open-plan, which is perfect for a family holiday. There are several take away restaurants close -by who also offer a delivery service. The sitting room is very spacious with high ceilings, there is a large comfortable sofa and two comfy arm chairs. A dining room table and chairs for casual dining is located in the lovely big bay window. TV and Wifi are available in the sitting room. The kitchen is modern, immaculately clean and bright with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. Fully equipped with glassware, crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware. From the hallway, three bedrooms can be found, Bedroom 1 is a king size bedroom, Bedroom 2 a double and Bedroom 3 a twin bedroom. The beds will be made up with white linens and duvets upon arrival. The bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and includes a bath with a rain shower over, toilet, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. We are pleased to provide a welcome pack to include tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bread. There is no private parking available at Number 59A, but there is on street parking available and also a large council owned metered car park a two minute walk from the Apartment. You will be met upon arrival and we will be available to contact throughout your stay if necessary. Arrival from 4pm and Departure at 11am on the final day of your stay please. Number 59A is strictly non-smoking and unfortunately pets are not allowed. We are sorry but due to the apartment being on the first floor there is no disabled access. The apartment contains 3 decorative fireplaces, these are not working fires and therefore cannot be lit. This is the perfect central location for a family holiday with all amenities close by.
