Continuing your walk, past picturesque old cottages, will take you to the Old Town, a splendid Park and the shops and / or prom and beaches beyond.
Minehead is the perfect place from which to explore the South West Coastal Path, Exmoor, and the surrounding area.
The town centre has a wide choice of pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. For a very good carvery or pub meal, and excellent play area for the kids, we recommend the Hairy Dog on Minehead High Street.
