There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 single - both feature comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage for clothes and belongings. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also free parking on site.

Getting Around:
Most of Liverpool can be easily accessed on foot, for those that don't mind walking however there are also a number of bus routes servicing the road around the corner from the building - from here you can catch a bus to the city centre in 10 minutes. Liverpool Central Train Station is around 20 minutes away or a short taxi ride.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
