Positive: I have been to the Orchid a few times and the welcome and key allocation is really good and personal Yes the place is a bit dated, but the new owner working hard . For what you pay ,it is really good value.and location is good.and in the rooms you get a lot of beverage items

Negative: As said , the new owners are making changes which good The only thing I had was the mattress in my room was beyond its life span

Summary: Basic, but superb value for a night . Host attention on arrival.
