The home includes a wealth of luxury amenities that include a heated, in-ground pool with a retractable safety cover, an outdoor shower, a pool house complete with 65” tv, ping pong table, kitchenette with refrigerator and bathroom, an oversized screened-in porch with couches and outdoor dining table with seating for 10, and a firepit to gather around to wind down the day plus (5) 65" smart led tv's throughout the home.
The main floor features spacious open living spaces that flow from kitchen, to living room to dining room, to the screened porch, all perfect for gathering. The kitchen features a 15' island with seating for seven, a six-burner professional range with stainless steel griddle and double oven, built-in Miele refrigerator and custom cabinets stocked with everything you’ll need.
The dining room features seating for eight along with a dry bar with wine/beer cooler. The living room has two full sized couches and two accent chairs, a gas fireplace and views of the outdoors in every direction.
Additionally on the first floor, you'll find the ease of two bedrooms for those who don't want to tackle stairs, both with king beds and en suite bathrooms, one featuring a steam shower, custom closets and built in desks. A powder room and mud room with high capacity washer/dryer round out the first floor.
Stepping outside through huge, oversized sliding doors, you step onto the pool deck complete with two couches, chaise lounges, lounge chairs, a dining table with market umbrella, a Weber Summit gas grill and the extra large 16’ x 42’ pool. The pool is 3’ in the shallow end and slopes to 7’ at the deep end. It has benches and entry/exit points in every corner along with a safety ledge that runs the entire perimeter of the pool. The pool house features three roll up doors for plenty of fresh air and shade should those prefer to be out of the sun.
Back inside and heading upstairs, the second floor features five bedrooms in total - two with king sized beds and bathrooms (one is en suite), one bedroom with a queen sized bed, the fourth bedroom features custom-built bunks with eight twin XL beds (each bed has its own reading light and power outlet) plus there is an adjoining bathroom. A den with door for full privacy features a sectional couch that also houses a queen sleeper sofa. Plenty of additional floor space in the den could easily accommodate a pack ‘n play, air mattress, etc.
Beach access is a pleasant 10 minute stroll down beautiful Lakeshore Road to one of the largest road-end beaches in the area with a shaded sand path leading to/from the beach for easy up and down to the beach.
Whistlestop Grocery for morning coffee, pastries and sundries is within easy walking distance while next door to Whistlestop is the Red Arrow Roadhouse, a perfect choice for late lunch or dinner. A few minutes further is the heart of Union Pier with Black Currant bakery, a fully stocked market and a deli, to name a few.
