This beautiful property unit is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us! This unit is part of a triplex property. You will have full access to the entire unit during your stay.

The dining area seats four. Appliances, pots and pans, tableware, serveware, and drip coffee maker complete the kitchen.

✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.

✩ PARKING: Up to two full size vehicles will fit in the private driveway spaces in front of the house.

✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 24 hours before arrival.

✩ GETTING HERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the property.

✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, baby gate, and step stool available for use. There is no crib - just one pack n' play.

✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.

✩ Shampoo / conditioner, soap, condiments, and coffee are not provided.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the property, you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.

Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed at this property by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. For longer term stays (30+ days), the pet fee applies on a per month basis. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate). The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.
