No need for pullouts or air mattresses. There’s a 4 person side by side for ADULT use to come and go from the dock at no additional charge. The main level offers an open floorplan with the dining, kitchen and huge living room in the center (2 sets of french doors leading to the large 14'x44' covered porch/cathedral wood ceiling) there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each side with the 2 bedrooms (king size beds) that face the lake having new french doors that lead out to the newly covered back porch with beautiful lake views and seating for 20. There's also a large sunroom for relaxing with a mini split for heat/air. Don't forget to leave your comments on the blue chalk board behind the dining room table......The lower semi-finished level offers 4 full beds and 2 twin beds along with a fooz ball table, pool table, (new 2024) 2 person 'Doc & Pies' arcade game, family room, dining area and kitchenette with second refrigerator and a full bath along with a full size washer and dryer. Outside on the lower concrete patio you will find the hot tub and lots of additional seating. Home comes fully equipped with house towels (please bring your lake towels), sheets, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, natural gas griddle, firewood, kindling and roasting sticks, corn hole, board games, 6 smart TV's for streaming, Comcast high speed internet and much much more.
