You are in the heart of North PB, close to restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Owners are attentive and live in the front house. This is not a party house, we respect our neighbors. Great WiFi for those looking to work or study remotely! Special note, this guest house is above our garages, you may hear the garage door open. We have security cameras outside to monitor the property.
