Welcome to Northfield Farm. A lovely rural, character property recently renovated to offer a luxury comfortable stay, located in-between Eastcote and Hampton-in-Arden, 5 minutes from the M42 and 10 minutes from the Solihull HS2 interchange, NEC and BHX Airport.

We've just finished converting our double garage into an games / arcade room.
This room includes a 7ft slate bed pool table, 7ft air hockey, 5ft foosball, a virtual pinball machine with over 20 pinball games included, a cocktail arcade machine with over 9000 classic arcade games, and a jukebox with bluetooth, CD, SD Card and USB connections.
With pallet wood clad walls, and some great decor, this games / arcade room will be a place to create some great memories. The kids wont want to leave!
Northfield is a perfect location for contractors working within the area, family gatherings, friend reunions or guests for the NEC. Recently renovated to an incredible standard by a local builder, Northfield Farm has an abundance of high end materials, fixtures and fittings to ensure your stay at this farm house is more like that of a 5 star hotel. The beautiful large kitchen diner offers a fabulous place to relax, entertain and cook.
With heaps of space, there are 4 bedrooms upstairs, plus 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Bedroom 5: Zip link King Size Bed (This can be set up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds)

Additionally, we also have 2 fold out single beds plus 2 double high quality air beds (these can be plugged straight into an electrical socket for inflation and deflation) and 2 travel cots for the little ones.
Parking is a breeze with ample parking for 5/6 cars directly outside the farm house, monitored by CCTV cameras 24/7.
Having countryside views with horses and cows just outside the window, but being just 5 minutes from the M42, Northfields Farm couldn't be better located.
There's a full bathroom on the first floor and an additional downstairs bathroom aiding with those with accessibility requirements.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, Northfields Farm can accommodate up to 16 people in luxurious comfort.

Guest Access:
Access to the farm is via a long drive through electric gates. There is plenty of parking for approx. 6 cars. There are plenty of travel options with local taxi firms, trains, motorway networks all within a few minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Please make sure you book for the correct amount of people in.
Also, please be aware, there are young children living next door, so we politely ask that there is no excessive noise outside after 11pm.
Happy to accept small quiet hen parties, family birthdays and similar.
No Parties - including unauthorised visitors.
Northfield Farm is located underneath the flight path for Birmingham Airport, so please expect that there will be some noise from passing airplanes, however any disruption from flights will be minimal during the airports restricted night flying period (between 11:30pm and 6am).
The house is located on a working farm where the owners also operate a dog hotel, so there may be some noise from dogs barking and agricultural vehicles passing during your stay.
Please also don't be surprised if there are more flies and insects than in urban and suburban areas.
Access is via a key-coded locked gate.
We also do not allow the erection of any marquees, gazebos or other equipment in the gardens without prior approval.
