CATTON HOUSE SUMMARY:

We can now offer an air conditioning unit (only one) and fans for those hotter months but you must request these as they are not always stored at the house.
Enclosed sun trap rear garden with lawned area, dining area area and it’s perfectly safe for the children and a dog to play happily (full enclosed fencing).
Only 5 minutes from Norwich Airport/ 15 mins from main train station with quick access to the main county roads for exploring Norfolk’s delights.
Sorry but now do not allow pets apart from assisted dogs (guide dogs etc).
Catton House has 3 separate private bedrooms (2 double rooms & 1 single room which can also be a quickly made into a twin bedded room for 2) sleeping up to 2 guests in each room, a double shower room and good sized kitchen.
Please note - for larger groups of 6 - there is one toilet and shower - I only recommend that this house is only Ok for family groups of 6 with smaller children who can share the twin room.
Catton House also includes all you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible - a washing machine and tumble dryer, unlimited broadband wi fi, some cooking basics like salt/pepper etc (not guaranteed)and piles of pots/pans, hair dryer, cutlery and plates, iron/iron board and a flat screen TV with 60+ channels. All linens and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
Catton House has free parking for up to 3 cars (a very rare bonus) on the large front shingled drive. We have also had vans and motor homes parked easily in hear too.
Catton House is located next to the main transport links to Norwich and Norfolk - so it is very easy to get out and about Norwich and Norfolk afar. Norwich Airport is only 5 minutes away and it is a brisk 25 minute walk or quicker if you’re speedy (no more than 1.2 miles distance) into the start of the city centre. There are also excellent bus routes (the stop is literally 50 yards away) which take 10 mins and a taxi ride into the city is about £5. The main road during busy times is quite noisy so if it is 100% tranquility you desire then please do take this into account before booking as Catton House is a city based location.
We will be pleased to discuss anything with you in regards to this holiday let (the house is set just for holiday and business breaks and not our own home unlike other places advertised on some sites - so perfect with no personal clutter).

We will not be able to accept hen or stag parties as our neighbours are friends and are precious to us. This house does not allow parties or events at anytime and noise is limited between the hours of 10pm until 8.30am. Thanks for understanding. Due to hygiene reasons we are not able to offer a baby cot.
