Pillow Partners are proud to present ‘Number 57’, a charming 2 bedroom bungalow on the coast in Fairbourne, Snowdonia. After extensive renovation work in 2020, Number 57 offers a stylish and homely getaway by the sea, with plenty of creature comforts to make your stay a special one.
The property boasts an entrance porch leading to a cosy living space, comfy sofas and a warming fire. The smart television means you can connect it to your device’s data and log in to Netflix or Amazon or whichever service you prefer. There is a quaint and beautifully finished kitchen, fully equipped with an oven and hob, refrigerator and quirky but essential crockery and utensils. The bathroom has been lovingly updated with some beautiful features and a few added surprises for you! There is a shower over the bath for a quick refresh, or fill the tub and relax. You will find all the essentials here too. The two bedrooms, whilst boasting fabulous interiors both benefit from a super comfy double bed. The larger room also has a single and the smaller room leads out to the sun-room. In here there is a table and chairs for dining in comfort, Best of all this room takes in the most spectacular views. What better way to spend an evening?
Fairbourne beach, an unspoilt sandy beach that stretches for over 2 miles, is a 5 minute walk away from the property. And a highlight of Number 57 is the stunning view over the Mawddach Estuary and the mountains of Snowdonia, including Cadair Idris (the 2nd highest mountain in Wales after Snowdon), from the sun-room at the rear. The area is peaceful and calming, an ideal location to escape the rat race.
Across the estuary you’ll also find the popular seaside town of Barmouth. You can see it twinkling from the sun room at night and you can get to it on foot or bike via the bridge across the estuary. Once in Barmouth you’ll find plenty of local amenities as well as amusements including a good old donkey ride.
A much loved family holiday home since 1974, the owner is delighted to share all that Number 57 has to offer in this beautiful part of Wales.
