Enjoy this beach house that is just steps from the ocean! It is a 4 bedroom home, with 1 full bath in the rear of the house and one full bathroom in the front of the house. There is also a large walk in shower on the back deck to enjoy after a long beach day.
Three of the bedrooms have 2 new double beds, one bedroom has a new queen bed and there is a private loft/reading room, perfect for a child's play area. All of the rooms offer air conditioning. The house is immaculately cleaned after each rental. All sheets and towels are provided (they are also replaced yearly with new bedding).
This home has a brand new kitchen with ample storage, new cabinets and new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, serving platters, pots, pans, dish towels, and anything else you might need for gourmet meal prep. There is also a bar area that has a wine cooler, blender, and ice maker. The house has an open concept 'beachy' feel. It is newly decorated and cozy. The Village of Ocean Beach has many rules. Summer time rentals are 6 night rentals.
The living room is air conditioned and boasts a beautiful ocean view. There is a 50 inch TV enabled by direct TV. There is also WIFI throughout the house. . If the weather is inclement, you can always enjoy a cozy fire by the fireplace!!!
There are two decks; the back deck has a bar area, full dining area, 2 lounge chairs, BBQ, and large umbrella for sun protection. Listen to the waves as you entertain or relax in the privacy of this area.
The front patio has OCEAN VIEWS!!! It is a spectacular place to enjoy coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail, or just to relax and catch an ocean breeze!! There are lounge chairs in the front as well.
This property also offer 7 bicycles of all sizes and a wagon to transport your belongings to and from the house. We gladly provide bike locks as well.
Lastly, because we want to attract families that will make memories of a lifetime: we provide a wine cooler stocked with water, paper towels, napkins, and propane to make your stay seamless. We can also arrange for private charter service. Please note only 2 non family members are allowed in a bedroom as per Village of Ocean Beach. The loft area is a not a bedroom, but an extra room that kids love.
