This quintessential Cape Cod home is ideal for summering on the Cape with an open kitchen and an oversized living room. One floor living at its best.
The white and bright kitchen with coastal inspired blue countertops has a stove / oven, double sinks, fridge and microwave to help with packing lunches for those beach days!
There is a breakfast bar that seats 4 with extra seating for 2 at a fold up table. Don't forget the additional seating outside on the large deck - the perfect place to sip your morning coffee as the sun rises or to end your day with a simple BBQ - everyone's choice of food in the summer!
The comfy furniture in the adjacent living room will call you in to watch your favorite show on the large flat screen TV or just relax after a day at the beach! Check out the games and puzzles for those lazy afternoons when the weather keeps you indoors.
Located just off the kitchen, you will find the spacious deck with two tables and enough seating for all!
Three AC units in the property to take the edge off during those hot summer days, one unit in the living room and one unit in Bedrooms 1 & 3.
Bedroom 1 doubles as a bedroom or just a den. It is the perfect room to take a "time out" and read the latest beach novel or listen to your favorite music on your ear buds. The daybed could be used as an optional sleeping area for your group.
