Our house is a comfortable, welcoming home 1/2 mile from ocean beach; 1/4 mile from saltwater pond. Front porch, back deck with outdoor shower. Gas grill. Large back yard.
On the first floor, there is an open living-kitchen space with a breakfast bar dividing the space. A sliding door leads from the kitchen to the back deck and backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, and microwave.
Also on the first floor is a den with large smart TV, sofa bed, and full bathroom. A sliding door leads out to a huge screened-in porch furnished with a large table and chairs.
On the second floor there are wo bedrooms: master BR with Queen-sized bed and a lovely outdoor porch that makes you feel like you are in a tree house; the second BR has a Queen bed + 2-bed high rise. In addition, there is a full bathroom with tub, shower, sink and toilet.
The finished basement has 2 sleeping areas each with queen size bed plus a high-rise day bed and half-bath with toilet and sink.
There is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
Tennis courts are a 5-minute walk away.
A gorgeous private, life-guarded ocean beach is a 5-minute drive away or row your boat across the pond to the beach. Take a 5-minute walk and go for a swim in the clean, clear, salt-water, life-guarded pond.
