Positive: Fantastic location,

Negative: The room is dated but clean with a good enough bathroom and plenty of hot water. The atmosphere of the house was a bit off, felt like breaking into sb else's house. But breakfast was embarrassing. Toast, butter and jam. And not enough of it for all the guests staying.
