Positive: The property is clean, tidy, and in the perfect spot with just a very short stroll to the high street and castle. Hosts were easy to contact with great communication and were very accommodating.

Negative: This did not affect our stay at all but I will comment just for feedback - the mattresses on beds could have been a little more comfortable. I know mattresses are a personal preference but we found the double bed mattress to be too soft and the second bedroom single beds had one which was also too soft and the other too hard.

Summary: We had a very pleasant stay in Windsor and would definitely return to stay in this property again.
