-Pool Heating Note: There is a $100 fee + $50 per day charge to heat the pool (November - April only) up to 85 degrees. You must let us know 24 hours in advance of arrival day if you wish to have the pool heated during your stay**
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine + the cost of smoke removal treatment. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
-Reservations made during Events, Festivals, and Conferences are non-refundable.
