This home is a treasure in a quiet neighborhood but close to all of the action of Rehoboth Beach. The Keys of Marsh Harbor neighborhood is located just off Route One within walking distance to Jungle Jim's and Rehoboth Gateway shopping area and a mile from the beach and boardwalk. You can walk to The Fresh Market for a convenient grocery stop, to several restaurants including Bluecoast Seafood and Thompson Island Brewing Company and to Jungle Jim's Waterpark. Also near Tanger Outlets, bike trails adjacent to Route 1 and the DART shuttle bus (Park-n-Ride). A short drive takes you to the Lewes/Cape May Ferry and nearby Cape Henlopen State Park and fishing pier.
You are just steps from the the community pool (located just across from the house) and tennis courts. Pool passes are provided with the rental.
The house is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway weekend with friends. There is a full appointed kitchen that features all the basic amenities plus a juicer, Crockpot and air popper for popcorn. Plenty of games are provide too. The washer/dryer unit is conveniently located on the first floor just off the kitchen.
There is a spacious living and sitting area, a screened in porch and open air patio with a gas grill. There is a small front porch.
The master bedroom features in ensuite bathroom with a standing shower, a futon for extra sleeping space and a smart TV. The second bedroom has one queen bed and the third bedroom has a full bed and a twin trundle. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combination. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate two additional guests. A queen air mattress is also available to make room for more guests.

The single car garage is perfect for storing all of your beach items. Chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a variety of beach toys are provided for guests. There are two dedicated parking spots in front of the house and plenty of additional parking on the side of the building.
