The view and property can’t be beat! On the ‘point’ of the ‘Island’ between North and South Pine Lake, watch the sunset while sitting on your private beach or cozy around the sunken fire-pit. The hot tub and heated pool will keep your afternoons filled. The yard is spacious with all the necessary lake toys (paddle-board, kayak, sand toys). Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating for the whole family. The heated Party Garage is the perfect indoor/outdoor spot to watch a game or a late night movie (bubble hockey table included!).
The home has three bedrooms (queen beds) on the main floor and two bedrooms (one twin, one queen floor mattress) upstairs. One full and one half bathroom down and a full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms are open with 270 degree of lake views. Lake views from every room! All linens included.
Pool heat fee of $100 per day (If desired. Cash on arrival). Hot tub heat fee $50 per day (If desired. Cash on arrival). Pool and Hot Tub closed from November- March.
