House is located in a very safe/quiet neighborhood and comes fully equipped with great amenities including TV's & Roku in each room, free WIFI, two living areas, full kitchen, washer & dryer, grill & More. The house and outdoor yard space will be solely yours for the stay. House includes 3 bedrooms (2 on the main level and one in the basement with regular 2x4 constructed walls, closet, window and door for privacy), a beautiful large glass enclosed walk in shower, a front and back covered porches (W/seating), and a basketball hoop in the backyard!
The house is walking distance to the downtown area, which includes great boutiques, restaurants, and bars. There are also many fun activities to do that are close by such as the three highly rated golf courses in the area, lakes and rivers for water activities, ORV trails, a movie theater and much more!
The house is non-smoking, although there's an ashtray on the both front and back porches for your convenience.
