The property is on a small working farm with free ranging chickens and some livestock in the adjoining fields. The beaches of Camber and Winchelsea are under half an hour's drive offering everything from beachcombing to kite buggying and wind surfing, or simply taking the dog for a walk and enjoying the sea views.
