Negative: NOT CLEAN enough: vent mold in bathroom, footprints on master bdrm carpet,dishes not clean, dusty floors, filthy bannister, dirty kitchen floor, iron in master filthy gunky bottom- MAINTENANCE issues:front door hard to lock- bolt doesn’t line up properly with strike plate , keypad at garage doesn’t work, broken items-dresser drawer, closet run, missing closet door, light bulb out, slow sink drain in middle bathroom, water in bottom of fridge, top master shower loose drain cover, worn rug in kitchen AC not evenly distributed about unit SUPPLIES: not enough dishes, glasses or silverware, only 1 washcloth per 2 towels, not enough placemats, no extra blanket in all bedrooms, not enough hangers in bdrm closets,

Summary: Beautiful location but maintenance issues were disappointing which did not live up to the listing that stated “designer
