Positive: Lovely sea views from the property. Hosts were living on site so it was easy to sort out any issues. The host came and introduced himself soon after arrival.

Negative: There was nothing I did not like about the property but would have liked Seaton to have a shop and better public transport connections.

Summary: Lovely views, excellent accommodation, quiet location but need your own transport to get around.
