The kitchen is between the sitting room and bathroom, with a door to the garden which then has a gate leading to the beach. Gas central heating /gas fire. TV with Freeview, DVD, fast WiFi. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels all inc. in rent. Roadside parking is first come, first served. Enclosed paved rear garden with furniture and covered pond, children to be supervised please. One small, well-behaved dog welcome. The beach is dog friendly and horse riding is available. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk.
