Positive: The property is in a lovely location , 25 mins walk into lymington . The beds were comfortable and the property is nicely furnished

Negative: The property was not very clean , we have sent photos to the owner of dust , cobwebs , bits in kitchen cupboards , dirty pans and garden furniture . Like a previous guest we asked for fans for the bedrooms especially as there was a wasp nest on roof line so didn’t want to leave windows open but the owner didn’t wish to provide so didn’t sleep well as too hot . Cupboards had not been checked as we found clothes from previous guest .

Summary: Nice house but needs a thorough clean and some fans for hot nights
