Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house was in a quite estate quite close to Stratford upon Avon town centre. Newly renovated with new amenities. It had VERY comfortable beds and bedding. It had almost everything you could needed. There was enough tea and coffee and cleaning facilities.

Negative: The weather was cold and the heating was smart electric heating which meant whilst it was initially on low it only came on when there was motion detected in the room. The problem with that was when you entered any room it was cold, you needed to keep moving in the room for the heating to come on and stay on, once you left the room the heating would go off, if you managed to get the radiator to actually heat up to anything that was warm and then left it to cool it would knock as it cooled down keeping you awake, if you didn't move much it didn't come on at all like while you were watching TV ....not too smart heating.... There was no microwave to heat food also the freezer didn't work, possibly because we didn't press any buttons on it but usually once you switch a freezer on it should work Possibly needed another saucepan or two

Summary: Nice comfortable stay, specially the beds, better if we could have controlled the heating
