- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period.
- There are stairs up to the entrance floor with no internal elevator.
- The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
- There is no wardrobe in the twin bedroom but there is a hanging rail.
- There is a trundle bed in the twin bedroom which can be set up for one but please note that this would be more suitable for children. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared.
- The home has a neighbour that occasionally smokes inside, so there may be an aroma of cigarettes on the landing.
- The building porter occasionally visits to water the plants. We will let you know if this will happen during your stay.
- There is currently construction work taking place in the building. There will be scaffolding on the exterior of the building and work men coming and going while the building undergoes necessary refurbishment. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, monday to friday, and work is expected to go on for 23 weeks until november 2023. During working hours noise will be heard.
- Please note this property requires full payment for the stay prior to check-in, guests will receive a message from the property with a secure payment link after booking. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old, we will check the lead guest’s I.D. and secure a £1,000 hold on a credit or debit card which will be released once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay.
