Positive: Good-sized apartment, the open plan and spacious kitchen/diner/living room feels welcoming and the beds are very comfortable. The owners are very nice and responded immediately when we had questions. Great location, close to some lovely restaurants in Charlestown.

Negative: Key collection instructions were not provided, so I had to call in the morning of our arrival. The parking was not clearly marked. It was not clear how to switch on the hot water supply. On the last day the WiFi stopped working, which was a shame as none of us could get any mobile connection inside the apartment.
