Hayle Beach is a short walk across the main road from the cottage and is a pleasant stroll, great for walking, running, cycling or for dogs and you will often see lots of interesting birds that visit the estuary at different times of year which may include egrets, cormorants, swans, ducks and flocks of Canada geese.
