Finished to the highest of standards, it has a boutique feel with each room tastefully appointed yet offering plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing stay. Plenty of space to accomodate visitors to students at the University or professionals seeking a longer stay working at the hospital. Located moments from the centre of Ormskirk, with its market, numerous shops, cafes and bars & Edge Hill University. Ideally located a short walk from direct trains into Liverpool this is not out of the way for guests visiting Aintree racecourse or a gig at the M&S Bank Arena on the famous Albert Dock
The house sleeps x4 comfortably with the additional option of a cot bed which can be provided for a little one.
An elegant living room with smart TV and soft lighting adjoins a dramatic dining room with large glass dining table & chairs.
Upstairs you will find the stunning Master bedroom with King size bed and adjoining Twin room which can be arranged as double to suit.

The newly fitted stylish modern kitchen comes with all the essentials you’ll need for your stay, including dishwasher, induction hob, built in microwave, oven & air fryer. We also provide a range of complimentary teas and cafetiere unless you want to head out to Costa . Outside there is a rustic courtyard which only gets limited sun in the afternoon but is a peaceful space to relax with a coffee and a newspaper.
