Negative: We were told 2 hours before check in that there was a recurrent problem with the toilet which a plumber had twice said needed replacing as it was blocking up so we were not to use toilet paper! On the 2nd day they gave us a plunger to use. There was no key in the key lock so we had to call the agency and wait for it to be brought. The trundle bed's legs were broken so it couldn't be raised from the floor and made a small box room very cramped.The pillows were dirty and stained. There were no pillows for the trundle bed. Very little crockery, eg no side plates. Check out was 10 but the cleaner and plumber were wanting to come in at 8.30. and we felt pressured to leave more quickly.

Summary: Nice flat but poorly maintained and very poorly managed
