The Coach House is a detached bungalow near the Devonshire town of Modbury. The traditional stone building has an open plan living area which is bright and contemporary and three comfortable bedrooms, a double, a twin and a children's bunk room. From the living area, French doors open on to the patio and front lawn, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings - and glimpses of the pool are visible through the archway of the gatehouse. Note: The property will not accept bookings with children below the age of three

On-site facilities to include fitness room, games room, children's play area and a hard tennis court (bring your own racquets and balls). Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Shop and pub 0.4 miles.
