Positive: Incredible location. Helpful instructions for arrival. Good water pressure. Excellent heating. House is full of character.

Negative: Wish the description mentioned low ceilings and doorways. No basic condiments. Lighting in kitchen very dim. Could not find instructions for hob. Nowhere to hang coats. NOW TV not accessible because TV too old to update app. Wi-Fi is slow.

Summary: It doesn't feel like much thought has been given to the guest experience.
