Summary: I was expecting s slightly bigger room (Twin bed, rather than a single) but it was clean, tidy and even had a fridge. The window wouldn't open, but I gather that there is a rolling programme of improvements to this Listed Building and that my room "was on the list". Everything else seemed fine and the Continental Breakfast was better-than-average for a UK hotel.
