Summary: Two observations - this hotel has a 4pm check in time and a 10am check out time. When I turned up at 4.10pm to check in only to find the room wasn't ready I was not happy. In effect you have 18 hours occupation at the most. I was provided a complimentary drink whilst I waited but that isn't the point. How come it takes 6 hours to prepare a room? With regard to the room there was no way to turn on the radiator as it was a bit chilly and the sinks plug hole needed maintenance to let the water out faster. I did have breakfast in the morning which was acceptable.
