Welcome to our one-of-a-kind home only steps away from the beach! We've recently renovated our home for your stay and look forward to giving you the modern tropical feel that you get when you think of Florida and Palm Beach Island!
When you arrive at the building, you will see a lush veranda filled with plants and greenery. You walk up a couple flights of stairs to your home. Open the door easily with our keyless lock and welcome yourself home :)
Your Palm Beach home is a newly renovated 1-bed / 1-bath. When you enter, you are welcome to the living room, which has a Queen sleeper sofa, a desk for work, and a Smart TV.
To the left is your kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stove. You have your choice of tea or coffee, and all of the chef's tools to cook your own meal.
Beyond the living room is the bedroom where we have a super comfy full size bed with another smart TV and a walk-in closet for all of your travel needs.
Lastly is your newly renovated bathroom, which is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels for your stay.
The home is stocked with extra towels and sheets if you a bigger group. We look forward to hosting you!

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.
Q: PARKING?
A: Your reservation comes with one parking pass along Sunset Avenue. If a spot is not available when you arrive, you can use SpotAngels to find a temporary spot until a spot opens up for you :)
Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. Same with hotel-size toiletries (unless I happen to be out, which is rare).
Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either.
Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.
Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.
Q: What's my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this.
Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!
