Martha's Vineyard is truly a magical vacation setting. This rustic, original cottage (est. 1914) has an Oak Bluffs fairy tale charm. Quite reasonably priced for its location, the cottage rents weekly during high season (July and August). During shoulder seasons, we can rent for minimum of 3 nights.
The cottage is a professionally-designed rustic home with wraparound porch in Oak Bluffs Arts District. This classic Vineyard cottage is within stone's throw of beautiful Inkwell & State Beaches and in the center of restaurant and shop-filled Oak Bluffs. Featured on HGTV's Island Life, this cute home has been professionally renovated and newly winterized, with topnotch kitchen equipment and dining-ready kitchen, incl. all cookware, dishware, w dishwasher. Home has an outdoor shower, yard for outdoor dining, and gas grill. Two-spot parking. The cottage sleeps 5 though most comfortable for 4, 3 or 2 with two attractive formal bedrooms-one w queen bed, one with double trundle bed, and a new comfortable convertible queen-sized sofa in living room (living room door closes for privacy), and one single bed in small laundry room. Other amenities include: Flat screen television, internet w WiFi, newly renovated bath w claw foot tub plus shower, washer and dryer, and air conditioning in bedrooms-if desired. Two bikes —2 adult for use on Island. Very competitively priced.
We will do our best to accommodate alternative dates even in different years, if emergency does not enable you to honor your reservation—this does not apply to inclement weather of course, unless hurricane level! One additional big plus for our guests—we are the homeowners of this authentic lovely rustic original MV cottage. We love and care for the home--and often live there! :). We are not a faceless, nameless management company.
Beautifully appointed and comfortable cottage in really wonderful location. Wonderful in Summer but also makes for an amazing Fall or Winter holiday getaway!
