Easy proximity to the A30 makes it effortless to reach the stunning cathedral city of Exeter, just 20 miles away. Furthermore, there are several attractions within a 20-mile radius, including Lydford Gorge, Roadford Lake, Meldon Reservoir and Viaduct, Okehampton Castle, the Miniature Pony Centre, and Crealy Adventure Park.
This mid-terrace thatched barn offers a high standard of accommodation and has been furnished and equipped with an eclectic yet thoughtful mix of styles, creating an interesting and original place to stay. Heading up the beautiful wooden staircase to the first floor which has exposed beams and many character features, you will find two bedrooms, one king-size and one twin room. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a free-standing bath with shower over the bath.
Outside at the rear is a small courtyard area with seating and a gateway leading to 5 acres of grounds which are ideal for exploring and which dogs will love – and you may well bump into the owner and his dogs whilst enjoying their morning stroll. To the front of the barn is a shared area with additional parking.
